Who am I?

I’m 27 years old. I’m from Aalborg. I’m a student studying M.Sc. Business Administration and Information Systems. My mother and girlfriend are both proud of me and you should be too. Here’s why... for the last 5 years I’ve been active in student politics at CBS on my study board, Academic Council and with the CBS Board of Directors. I’ve had the distinct please of tutoring others in my study and representing our school in case competitions. I’m experienced, I’m knowledgeable and I work hard for you.

What have I done for you lately?

In my last 2 years on the CBS Board of Directors as your student representative I’ve been an active member fighting for an administration that takes the students’ needs seriously. I’ve assured that more funds will be going to our study environment. I helped save business language studies. I even made sure power outlets were installed in the auditoriums. In tough times, I’ve been part of the transitional team to welcome our new president. Let’s make sure he knows that he and the board work for the students needs.

What will I do for you now?

Much has been done and even more can still be accomplished. With new monies secured for the student environment we’ll need a coherent and consistent direction that understands and appreciates how the board works. I know not just how to spend money but how to make sure it gets the maximum effect for our students. After having laid IT infrastructure to support teaching and learning we need to follow through with an integrated solution that solves the students’ needs. I have plans for a system that works seamlessly on all devices from desktop to mobile. When Language Studies was in trouble we devised a plan with their study board to help make their study relevant. Other programs are in danger, together we can find solutions and raise our student profile with my plans for greater collaboration with leading businesses. We need better access to research and opportunities to intern. Good relations between your study board and the board of directors can make this happen.

Why do you need me?

CBS Administration is facing a lot of challenges. A steady hand and a steady head are needed on the board to assure that student needs come first. I will work hard to see that the undeniable value of CBS graduates and students is recognized in the business world. And with your help we will make this campus the premier academic, sporting, cultural and social university environment that we can all be proud of.
