All study programs at CBS are directed and represented by a study board. It is comprised of an even amount of students and faculty, and thus the potential student influence is as large as the ambition of the students. The study board is the organ of influence that affects the students most directly in their everyday activities at CBS. Its primary task is that of planning, developing and ensuring the quality of the specific study line. The work of the study board is to create coherence in the academic development of the study program regarding both the subject covered as well as ensuring optimal exams. Furthermore, the study board ensures that the teaching methods, evaluations, and curricula are optimal for the specific study line. At an operational level, the study board also appoints merits, handles complaints, dispensations and the approval of budgets. The most dynamic study boards at CBS, and the ones with the highest level of influence and benefits, are the ones where a lot of students attend and make their voice heard – the study boards' work is crucial to every student and to CBS as a whole.
